I have experienced lower back pain for several years and have left it undiagnosed and without any treatment. According to an MRI I have a herniated disc in the L5 location. In previous years, I experienced excruciating pain that lasted maybe for 4 months, but this episode only lasted maybe for one month and a half. I believe that due to physical therapy I was able to heal more quickly and able to function as a normal person. It helped tremendously and I recommend this to anyone with lower back pain.
